Our flyer classes are perfect for current and aspiring flyers to work on flexibility, performance, technique, and body control. All athletes are welcome to join these classes.
Flyer Flexibility Classes
Length: 45 Minutes
Our Flyer Flexibility Classes are designed for athletes to consistently work on stretching and flexibility techniques to pull body positions. All athletes are welcome to join this class.
Flyer FUNdamental Classes
Length: 45 Minutes
Our Flyer FUNdamental Classes are designed for athletes to work on all additional fundamental skills for flying: proper technique, body control, and performance. All athletes are welcome to join this class.
