Our Jumps Improvement Class is designed as supplemental instruction to assist athletes in their power, flexibility, core strength, and proper body alignment in their cheerleading jumps. All athletes are welcome to join this class.

Our Strength & Conditioning Class is designed as supplemental instruction to assist athletes with full body strengthening and endurance conditioning. This class is great for preparing athletes for the endurance needed when performing an elite-level cheerleading routine. All athletes are welcome to join this class.
